You are welcome to listen to, save, and share Kindling content using the features provided within the experience.

Kindling is intended for personal encouragement, reflection, grounding, celebration, perspective, and emotional accompaniment.

What You May Not Do

Without explicit written permission, you may not:

• Reproduce or redistribute Kindling audio recordings outside the provided sharing features
• Upload, resell, sublicense, or commercially distribute recordings
• Scrape, harvest, crawl, or systematically collect Kindling content, metadata, transcripts, or recordings by automated or manual means for the purpose of creating datasets, archives, or derivative products
• Download, extract, or capture Kindling content in bulk except through features expressly provided by the app
• Use Kindling content, transcripts, metadata, or recordings to develop, fine-tune, benchmark, evaluate, or improve any artificial intelligence, machine learning, speech recognition, voice synthesis, or related technologies
• Create, distribute, or use digital replicas, voice doubles, synthetic performances, or other simulations of Micah BlackLight's voice, vocal identity, delivery style, or recognizable vocal likeness
• Remove, obscure, bypass, or interfere with any copyright notices, attribution, security features, digital watermarks, or technological protection measures associated with Kindling content
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or otherwise attempt to extract, reconstruct, or access underlying audio assets, content libraries, recommendation systems, or proprietary app functionality except where expressly permitted by applicable law
• Impersonate Micah BlackLight, Kindling, or any official Kindling representative, or present AI-generated, edited, or altered content as authentic Kindling content
• Use Kindling content in any manner that is deceptive, defamatory, unlawful, or likely to mislead others regarding its origin, authenticity, endorsement, or relationship to Micah BlackLight or Kindling
• Use Kindling content, recordings, transcripts, metadata, or related materials to train, fine-tune, evaluate, benchmark, or otherwise develop artificial intelligence or machine learning systems.
• Clone, synthesize, imitate, or recreate Micah BlackLight's voice using Kindling recordings
• Create derivative voice models, synthetic performances, or AI-generated versions of Kindling content
• Represent Kindling content as your own work

*These restrictions apply whether performed directly or indirectly, manually or through automated means, and whether using existing technologies or future technologies designed to achieve substantially similar results.
